The idea for this cookbook came about several years ago during election interviews with people across America. The term "Main Street America" seemed to generate visions of hard-working Americans in local communities across the country.
This cookbook is full of hundreds of delicious recipes and beautiful photos from Bistros, Cafes, Diners and Restaurants of all sizes located on "Main Street" in cities across America including Alaska and Hawaii.
Our thanks goes out not only to our team who prayerfully put this together, but also to all the restaurants across America who have willingly given us your favorite recipes and information about your restaurants, staff and communities for our cookbook. Without you, this cookbook would not have been possible.

Cookbook Style: There are many styles out there, just visit the cookbook section of your bookstore. We can provide any style of cookbook for your project. Some of our more popular styles include; Soft-cover with spiral bind, which is a great cookbook because of its practical use in the kitchen and is very user friendly. Hardcover with enclosed bind is also very popular, with all the benefits as the soft-cover plus a spine for book title and durability. Both are ideal cookbooks in the kitchen because they lay flat while in use. 

Cookbook Layout: We will divide the cookbook into sections with divider pages. The sections can include; Appetizers, Beverages, Soups, Salads, Entrée’s, Miscellaneous Dishes and Desserts or any type of category that fits the theme of your cookbook.

Recipe Pages:In addition to the recipe your Recipe Page can feature articles, photos, artwork, quotes and submitter’s name. These pages can be laid out in many ways. We have a very simple one page Recipe Form for your convenience or as a guide, your recipes can be submitted however you decide. We will provide a discount for recipes already typed and saved.

Extra Pages: In the front of the book there will be a Publisher’s-page, Title-page, Table of Contents, and then there is room for a Dedication-page, Biography-page or any type of Intro-pages you would like. In the back of the book will feature Index-pages.

Photo Pages: We feel that photographs add beauty and value to any cookbook! You can use color and/or black & white photos throughout the cookbook. We can accept many electronic files of your photos. These picture pages can be of anything that fits the theme of your cookbook.
Cover Photos: We would like premium photographs for the front and back covers. These photos can be a cityscape or landscape, food & beverage or whatever fits your cookbook theme the best. It is very important that we use a great picture for the cover; this will make a huge difference when people are looking to p
